and Lark find Santa Barbara County's first Wood Thrush
-- their first ever "first for county" bird in California

After more than 2 decades of wondering by dozens of
California birders as to when it would happen, Lark and Jim
practically tripped over this Wood Thrush in Santa Maria in
north Santa Barbara County on their first excursion to
Waller Park while seeking a "resident" Cackling Goose!
